2. AI Processing Consent
Before the first AI image processing request, the App presents an in-app notice explaining:
What data is sent: User-selected photos or images, which may contain facial content.
Who receives the data: Replicate AI Platform and/or Baidu AI Platform, depending on the AI feature selected.
Why the data is sent: To generate the AI content requested by the user.
Users must actively choose to continue before image data is transmitted for AI processing.
If you do not agree, your images will not be transmitted and AI processing will not occur.

5. Facial Data Processing
The App may temporarily process visual facial features contained in user-provided images solely to generate the AI content requested by the user.

We share face data only with third-party AI service providers that provide the same or an equivalent level of protection for face data as described in this Privacy Policy.
We require third-party AI service providers to process face data only for providing the requested AI service and to protect, retain, and delete such data in a manner consistent with the protections described in this Privacy Policy.
Face data is never shared for advertising, profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, or any unrelated purpose.
6. Real-Time Processing and Data Deletion
We follow strict data minimization principles.
Uploaded images are processed in real time.
Images are used only to generate the requested AI result.
We do not permanently store or archive uploaded images.
We do not create permanent copies of user photos.
Uploaded images and related processing data are automatically deleted within seconds after AI processing is completed.
After the requested AI result has been generated, uploaded images are no longer retained by us.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We share user data only when necessary to provide the requested AI functionality through Replicate AI Platform and/or Baidu AI Platform, or when required by applicable law.
Any third party receiving face data provides the same or an equivalent level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use uploaded images or facial content for advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, identity verification, model training on our behalf, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested AI service.
8. Advertising and Analytics
The App may display advertisements.
Advertising providers may collect limited technical information, including:

This information is used only for advertising delivery, fraud prevention, analytics, and performance measurement.
Advertising providers do not receive uploaded images or AI processing data.
