We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide requested App features.

1.1 User-Provided Content

When you use AI features, you may select and upload photos/images, which may include facial content.

1.2 Device/Technical Data (Limited)

For app operation and diagnostics, we may process limited technical data such as device model, OS version, and app version.

2. AI Processing Consent

Before first AI processing/upload, the App presents an in-app consent notice that explains:

what data is sent (user-selected images, which may include facial content),

who receives it (Baidu AI Platform),

why it is sent (to perform requested AI features),

and links to this Privacy Policy.

You can choose to proceed (“Agree and Continue”) or cancel. If you do not agree, image data is not sent for AI processing.

3. How We Use Data

We use data only to provide requested App functionality, including:

age transformation,

photo restoration/enhancement,

background removal/replacement,

image unblur/enhancement,

image recognition.

We do not use uploaded images for advertising profiling or model training by us.

4. Third-Party AI Processing (Baidu AI Platform)

To provide AI features, we use Baidu AI Platform as a third-party processor.

We transmit only the data required to process the requested feature (primarily user-selected images, which may include facial content).

We do not send unrelated personal data for AI image processing.

We do not operate our own image storage service for uploaded processing images.

Third-party processing is subject to the third party’s own privacy and security practices.

5. Facial Data Clarification

The App may temporarily process visual facial features contained in images solely to generate requested AI effects.

We do not perform face recognition.

We do not perform identity verification.

We do not collect or store biometric identifiers.

Facial content is treated as part of the selected image and used only for processing the requested result.

6. Data Retention

We follow data minimization principles.

Processing images are used only for the requested feature.

We do not retain uploaded processing images on our own servers.

Image data is processed in real time and deleted after processing is completed according to our processing flow and third-party service handling.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data only as necessary to provide requested AI functionality (e.g., with Baidu AI Platform as described above), or when required by law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including secure transmission practices) to protect data during processing. No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as access, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.
